  • Data: measure how you're doing to see if shifting is necessary. Make it simple.
  • Systematic:Be smart enough to build a system and stupid enough to follow it.
  • Implications: doing something implies giving up on something else. Be aware of that and willing to pay that price.
  • Community: though not strictly necessary, we consider it a massive booster.
